Knit every round until hat measures about 3.5″
For eyelet hat

2 – 3. K around
4. *K2tog, YO, K1* around
5 – 6. K around
Continue these six rows until hat measures about 3.5″
Crown decreases
1. *K5, K2tog* around
2. K around
3. *K4, K2tog* around
4. K around
5. *K3, K2tog* around
6. K around
7. *K2, K2tog* around
8. *K1, K2tog* around
9. K2tog around
Cut yarn. Draw yarn end through six remaining stitches. Weave in ends.
